Mr Kaluarachchi joined SLT Human Capital Solutions, the parent company of Talentfort (Pvt) Ltd in 2015 as the Chief Executive Officer. He holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing (CIM UK) and is a Chartered Marketer. He is also a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (FCIM), a fellow of the Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing (FSLIM) and a fellow of the Certified Professional Managers of Sri Lanka (FCPM). He also serves as a Board Director at the Board of CIM, Sri Lanka Region and is a member of the advisory board of CMO council, Asia Pacific Region. He has immensely contributed towards professional excellence in marketing with his experience coupled with his strong marketing background. He holds a Master’s in Business Studies from the University of Colombo and is currently reading for a PhD in Management and Business Studies at the University of Colombo. He is a veteran in the field of Marketing and Business Management with over 24 years of practice in the entire spectrum of Marketing, Sales management and Strategic business management in both multinational and blue chip companies in Sri Lanka. Mr. Kaluarachchi is also a Board Director of Talentfort (Pvt) Ltd.
Ms. Chamila Asuramana is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (FCA), an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (ACMA-UK), an Associate Member of the Chartered Global Management Accountants (CGMA) and a Fellow Member of The Association of Accounting Technicians of Sri Lanka (FMAAT). She also holds a B.Com (Special) Honours Degree from the University of Kelaniya. She possess over 15 years of enriched experience in the field of Accounting, Auditing and Financial Management in various organizations. Ms. Asuramana joined SLT Human Capital Solutions , the parent company of Talentfort (Pvt) Ltd, in 2008 and serves as the Head of Finance of the company, in addition to her position as a Board of Director of Talentfort.
Mr. Diwan Ruwanpura is an Attorney-at-Law of the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka and a member of the Bar Association of Sri Lanka. In addition, he holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Law from the Open University of Sri Lanka and a Bachelor’s Degree of Science (Honors) in the field of IT and Mathematics from the University of Colombo. In his career, he has over 13 years of experience in Legal & Regulatory, Human Resources, Industrial Relations and Information Technology.
